Nilini is an Ayurvedic hair colour made using traditional Ayurvedic ingredients. It is India’s first and only hair colour without Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Perborate and Ammonia. These bleaching chemicals are known to weaken the hair shaft, trigger hair fall and increase greys over time.

Nilini instead uses a carefully balanced blend of herbs to deposit a deep, natural black tone on grey hair. The formula is designed for people with normal skin type who want an effective, bleach‑free alternative to harsh chemical dyes. Nilini contains para phenylene diamine. Total Aryalamine content is less than 3% after dilution with water. If you have sensitive or allergy‑prone skin, or any known hair dye allergy, we do not recommend using this product and strongly advise reading the patch test instructions first.

No. Any hair colour, including natural variants, should only be used from 18 years of age. We recommend Nilini only for adults (18+) who have completed a successful patch test.

Don't use the product if there's any kind of discomfort, rashes, allergies or reactions.

Unlike chemical hair dyes that penetrate the cortex of the hair shaft, henna works by binding to the keratin protein in the outer layer of the hair, known as the cuticle. NILINI is not manufactured using any bleaching agents, ammonia, etc., which penetrates to the hair shaft and works. NILINI is an Ayurvedic hair color and it works in coloring only the grey hair and not upcoming hair. NILINI stays for up to 15-20 days, and then grey starts coming; for new grown hair too, grey starts, and the user will have to reapply.
