NILINI Burgundy is specifically formulated to colour grey and white hair to a deep burgundy shade. It will not colour naturally black or dark hair to burgundy — only grey or white strands will take up the burgundy tone. If you use NILINI Burgundy on hair that already contains NILINI Black, only any newly grown grey roots will be coloured burgundy while the rest remains unchanged.

The colour and aroma of NILINI Hair Colour powder can vary from batch to batch — ranging from light green to deep green — depending on seasonal variations in the Ayurvedic raw ingredients. This natural colour variation is completely normal and does not affect product quality or performance. Unlike chemical hair dyes that penetrate the cortex of the hair shaft, henna works by binding to the keratin protein in the outer layer of the hair, known as the cuticle - NILINI is not manufactured using any bleaching agents or ammonia etc. which penetrates to hair shaft and works. NILINI is a Ayurvedic hair color and it works in coloring only the grey hair and not upcoming hair. NILINI stays upto 15-20 days and then grey starts coming, for new grown hair too, grey starts and user will have to reapply.
